My experience with the detox was fantastic. Before starting, I was always rushing and rarely paid attention to my diet, cooking, or meditation. During the detox, I realized that I could actually make time to prepare fresh breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I also discovered something I never thought possible — living without bread! For those three weeks, I enjoyed incredibly fresh and nourishing food that made me feel amazing in body, mind, and spirit. Another great benefit was starting to meditate and becoming more mindful. The detox was challenging at first, but I soon fell in love with this new way of living.
